When the cattle market crashed, I knew I had to find a way to help support my family. My coaching salary wasn’t enough, so I turned to health and wellness. What started as a side income to make ends meet transformed into so much more. It gave us the financial freedom for braces, first cars, college, and the ability to build the ranch we only ever dreamed of. It also opened doors for travel—something Eric and I never thought was possible. But it wasn’t just about the extra funds. This business gave me the time freedom to be there for my girls and support my husband, all while following my passion for helping women over 40 reclaim their energy, heal their gut, and take control of their health. I know firsthand how low energy can affect everything—how it leaves you feeling drained, unmotivated, and disconnected from the things you love. And I’ve seen how gut health impacts everything from mood to metabolism, making it harder to lose weight or feel like yourself. Through my own journey with hypothyroidism and yo-yo dieting, I’ve learned that true wellness comes from balancing these foundational areas.
